work ur assignment off. do as much as possible. figure out what u really like n get good at it. Read a lot. Have interest in as many things as possible. Go out a lot. Look at art. Get influenced by things outside of rhe annual. U have to do stuff that average people don't understand because those one the only good things. I know, its so easy and yet so hard. These are what u really need; Collaboration, Research, Design, Experience and Intelligence. goodluck !
